I freaking love to see the rise in spiritual language, leaders, & communities happening, BUT not all of it is rooted in integrity.
In this episode, I wanted to share some red flags that can show up in healing spaces, beyond spiritual & cultural appropriation. We’re getting into the less-talked-about stuff: ego masquerading as embodiment, gaslighting framed as divine wisdom, & community structures that start to feel more like control than care.
This is about staying conscious, calling ourselves in. No fear-mongering, no guru worship, just a grounded reminder that you deserve to grow on your own terms.
